If your body was a diary, it would be stained with coffee, and full of secrets only you can read. It remembers more than your mind does — the bad haircuts, the heartbreaks, the laughter that made your ribs hurt. Our bodies keep score of everything we’ve been through.

We think self-love and body positivity are loud, but most of the time they hide in smaller things — like when you stop zooming in on your photos to edit out the things no one else would notice. Or when you finally let your curls live their wild truth. Or when you start choosing clothes not to impress anyone, but simply because they feel like you.

“LONDI is Her” is a series dedicated to women’s stories — honest, imperfect, and real. It’s about body positivity, self-love, and the kind of confidence that grows when you finally stop apologizing for taking up space

Today’s story belongs to Paula — a woman who’s spent years around fashion, first behind the scenes and now in front of the camera as a micro-influencer. She’s learned that self-love doesn’t come from perfection.

On curly hair acceptance

Q: What has self-acceptance looked like for you?
A: “One of the things I’ve learned to love about myself over the years has been my curly hair. When I was little, I used to straighten it all the time — just to fit in. But at some point, I thought, if I have curly hair, then I have curly hair. And now, I love it. I feel super lucky.”

There’s something powerful about that — when you stop trying to fix what was never broken.

On music that feels like Her

Q: If you could choose one song that truly feels like you — what would it be?
A: “My favorite song — my all-time favorite — I actually discovered it about three years ago. It’s called Extranjero. I think that’s how you say it.”

Music has a way of bringing us back to ourselves — helping us feel confident, grounded, and at home in our own body.

On places that bring peace

Q: Is there a place where you feel completely at ease?
A: “I think it would be a beach — with lots of sun, warmth… I don’t know where exactly, but definitely a beach.”

Her experiences — her little awakenings — shape not only who she is, but how she exists in the world. She doesn’t walk into a room to be seen anymore; she walks in because she belongs there. That’s the effortless, unspoken modern femininity she carries.

That same energy lives in her clothes. Paula wears the Top with Wave, Skort with Layers in Brown and Dress with Skirt by LONDI — sustainable lingerie and loungewear fashion crafted from soft-stretch cotton, responsibly made, designed to move between home and the world outside. Pieces that mirror her energy: the balance between softness and strength, comfort and confidence.

Because in the end, embracing yourself just as you are is the most beautiful kind of freedom.

LONDI is Her — and she’s every woman who has learned that being herself is the boldest thing she can do.
