Delivery

We support the values of smart consumption and environmental protection and have a minimal inventory. This helps to avoid overproduction, production of products that may remain unused, and conserves natural resources.

 

Delivery times vary depending on the selected items and their location.

  • For items available in our U.S. warehouse, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days.
  • For items shipped from our production facility in Ukraine, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping address and will be displayed at checkout. For the most accurate rates, please proceed to the checkout page after entering your address.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number of your shipment.

 

Important: Holidays may cause slight delays in delivery.

 

Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning duties, fees, and import taxes may apply upon delivery, as determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees is required to receive your shipment.

 

All applicable duties are the customer's responsibility. We cannot estimate these costs, but your local customs can provide an estimate.


Exchange and return policy

We hope you enjoyed your shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your LONDI purchase, we're happy to assist with returns, provided the item was neither on sale nor ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please initiate return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

  1. The customer has the right to return or exchange received goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met in full:
    The product has not been used, its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels are intact, and the receipt issued to the customer at the time of purchase is also provided.
  2. If significant defects are discovered within the warranty period due to the fault of the manufacturer (Seller) or product falsification confirmed by an expert conclusion, the customer has the right to either terminate the contract and receive a refund of the amount paid for the product or demand a replacement with the same or an equivalent product from the Seller's available stock.
    1. Gift certificates are non-refundable. If the amount of selected goods is less than the face value of the card, the difference is not paid but remains on the client's balance.

 

Shipping and handling charges, as well as any taxes or duties paid (e.g., customs fees, VAT, etc.), are non-refundable and are your responsibility.

    The buyer is responsible for the returned product until the product arrives at our warehouse. Pack the product securely to avoid possible damage in transit. If these rules are not followed, we will not be able to accept your item for exchange or return.
