Delivery & Returns
We begin producing your items after your order is placed, as we support responsible consumption and environmental sustainability. This approach helps avoid overproduction, reduces unused inventory, and preserves natural resources.
Production takes approximately 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Gift cards are shipped on the next business day after purchase.
Once your items are produced, estimated delivery times are:
Ukraine: 24 hours
USA: 4–8 days
Europe: 2–8 days
Rest of the world: 5–14 days
Shipping is carried out by local postal operators in each region. For EU countries and the USA, delivery is made under DDP (Incoterms 2020), meaning duties and taxes are covered by the sender.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
We truly want you to have only positive experiences with our brand. If needed, you may return your item in accordance with the conditions below.
Return conditions:
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be purchased via the official LONDI website (londi.com) or at official brand stores, with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. If purchased from our partners, returns must be processed through the original place of purchase.
- Items must be unused, free of any signs of wear or damage, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Due to hygiene and legal considerations, certain items are non-returnable. Panties, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Gift cards are non-refundable. If the value of selected items is lower than the card balance, the remaining amount will stay on the customer’s balance.
If you receive an item of improper quality or with any defect, we will fully replace it with a proper-quality item and cover all related costs.
How to request a return:
- Contact us via email at hello@londi.com, via LONDI Instagram, or visit our flagship showroom (Kyiv, Ukraine).
- Send back the items you wish to return using a reliable courier to the address provided by our team, or return them in person at our flagship showroom.
Please note: responsibility for the returned item remains with the customer until it reaches our warehouse. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be automatically issued via Shopify to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.
